We offer free shipping for all orders, but if you want a quicker shipping service, we charge $60 USD.
We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet.
Please ensure you have checked the following
- Check the order tracking status.
- Ask your local Post Office to see if it has been sent there. They don’t always leave a card.
- Check with neighbouring properties to see if it may have been delivered to the wrong address by accident
Sometimes it can take longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive. International deliveries, in extreme case, can take up to six weeks longer than quoted depending on the local postal service.
If you have checked the above and still have not received your order please submit a support request and our team will chase it up for you.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your name and order number and our support team will cancel your order.
If you wish to change your order please contact us with your name and order number and our support team will change your order.
*We will just be able to change or cancel orders if the order has not been shipped yet!

If you haven’t received a coupon code after signing up on our website please check that the email hasn’t gone into your spam/promotions folder.
If you can’t find the email please try signing up again and make sure you entered your email address correctly. You can also try an alternate email address if you have one.
If both these have been re-checked and you still have not received your discount code, please submit a support request.
If your payment details are not accepted at the checkout please contact your bank first to ensure there are no holds on your credit or debit card.
If you are attempting to use PayPal or another form of payment, please contact them directly.
Why are my card details not being accepted, even though they work on another website?
Banks have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge on the card.
These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits or account balance, as well as card information like your billing address, expiration date and CVV.
Changes to your account information may automatically trigger a temporary hold on your card that you will need to contact the bank about.
Mastercard specific declines
We have been advised that declines in Mastercard may also occur if you have “Zip Code verification” enabled but have supplied a different zip code / postcode in your billing address. You will need to ensure that your billing address details are the same as the information you have registered in Mastercard.
In this case, please enter your the same billing address that you have registered on your card at the checkout and select “Ship to a different address?” so you can enter the shipping address.
To return a product/order please contact us with the following information:

- Photos of the product and packaging
You are welcome to return a product for a refund within 60 days after purchase as long as the item/s meet the conditions of our return-policy.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods we will process your refund.
Depending on what you have ordered we may not be able to exchange your item for an alternative product however in most situation it’s easier and faster to simply return the item for a refund and purchase the correct product at your convenience.
